By accessing or using Baseline, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase the products.

Payments are processed securely through a payment processor. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method used at checkout.

Baseline offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email support@mybaselinetools.com within 30 days for a full refund.

After successful payment, eligible products include access to the applicable web-based toolkit and any included offline backup.

The Baseline Stress Toolkit currently includes access to a private toolkit page and an offline backup. Sleep Toolkit purchases include immediate web access plus a downloadable offline backup from the confirmation page.

Your purchase grants you a personal and household-use license for you and immediate family members in your household.

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share access with people outside your household, or use the products commercially without written permission.

Baseline tools are for educational and self-guided support purposes only. They are not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baseline is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the site or products.
